About Me

IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING

Hello, my name is Charlie, I reside in Upstate NY with my Wife and 4 children (growing up fast). I am employed as a Systems Engineer at ComDoc Inc. in the Albany, NY area. I enjoy the outdoors (hiking, hunting, fishing, camping etc..). I also enjoy running, biking, and of course, computers and networks. I guess you have to have some interest in your job because I still haven't found a way to get paid for romping in the woods. 

This website is a collection of memories from some of my outdoor adventures in the Adirondacks as well as other areas in the Northeast and beyond. I am blessed to live so close to a place where God's wonderful creation can be enjoyed first hand. I am also blessed with some great friends and family members who share in my passion for being outdoors. I hope you enjoy sharing these memories and I look forward to meeting some of you in the "outdoor community" as our paths cross.

FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH

STATEMENT OF FAITH: I believe in God and his only Son, Jesus Christ. I believe that Christ died to pay the penalty for my sins and the sins of the world. I believe that He rose from the dead to conquer death and is seated at the right hand of God the Father in heaven. AN ANSWER FOR AMERICA: This land was founded on biblical principles. Some have believed the "separation of church and state" lie. It was not the intent of our founding fathers to remove God and prayer from our schools and our courtrooms but that's what we have done. Is it no wonder that there is rampant violence and sexual promiscuity among teenagers and an ever-growing indifference toward morality in general. There is hope however, and it is found in the bible.
